Elder Lisa M.Wilburn

Elder Lisa M. Wilburn sensed God’s hand on her life from childhood, accepting Christ as her Lord and Savior at age 11 and receiving the Holy Spirit at 27. Even with a strong church foundation, her missteps became lessons she now uses to guide others toward grace and growth.

In her late twenties, Elder Lisa embraced the call to preach. While living in Philadelphia, PA, she served as Youth Pastor at LaMott AME, founded Lion of Judah Ministries, and directed the YPD. Her passion was helping teens grasp what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life.

God led her back to her home church, Sixth Street Baptist (NJ), in 2010. Under Rev. Robert C. Morris, she ministered on the praise team, women’s ministry, and youth choir. When her assignment there concluded in 2016, she sought the next place of purpose. Elder Lisa joined Rivers of Life in Freehold, NJ, under the leadership of Apostle M. Queeni Green. In August 2020, she was ordained Elder.

On August 6, 2021, Elder Lisa hosted her first in-person service, dedicated to renewing, reviving, and restoring those who are broken. In 2024, after a season of wrestling with God—torn between traditional expectations and His call to a Spirit-led, unconventional work—He renamed the ministry Restoring Beyond Ministries, signaling an expanded mission to restore, renew, revive, and refresh lives through out-of-the-box gatherings that meet people where they are. On June 14, 2025, Restoring Beyond Ministries was officially launched as a church plant under the apostolic oversight of Apostle M. Queeni Green, founder and visionary of the Tributary Global Network.

Elder Lisa graduated with honors from Monmouth Bible Institute in 2018. Following her graduation, she was invited to join the faculty as an instructor. She now enjoys teaching advanced courses on the Holy Spirit and Spiritual Warfare at Brown & Davis Bible Institute, formerly Monmouth Bible Institute.

Elder Lisa loves God wholeheartedly and walks boldly in His purpose, committed to leading others beyond brokenness into wholeness in Christ.
